Manager, Deal Desk (SaaS): Lead a team of analysts managing operational efficiency for GTM teams and end-to-end deal approval processes with an accent on compliance with pricing, discounting, and contractual guidelines. Focus on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, risk mitigation, and policy development to accelerate deal velocity and drive revenue growth.
Location: United States (Remote). For candidates residing within 50 miles of San Ramon office, Hybrid requiring 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office.
Salary: $120,500 - $236,500 USD

What you will do
- Identify bottlenecks in deal desk processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle times and increase win rates
- Act as primary escalation point for sales reps on complex deals, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Product teams
- Flag and mitigate risks related to non-standard terms, competitive bids, multi-year commitments, and partner deals
- Collaborate on updating deal desk playbooks, support new product launches and international expansions
- Train deal desk team on best practices, conduct audits for policy adherence and compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in SaaS or high-growth tech companies
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM/CPQ), familiarity with DocuSign CLM
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to influence without authority
- Experience with partner/channel deal structures and renewal management
- Comfort with ambiguity in a scaling, fast-paced environment
