What you will do

• Own relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients within the LATAM territory.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage pipeline creation and deal cycles using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
• Drive New Logo growth and implement land-and-expand strategies for top-tier customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support a hybrid work model.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
