TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (PLG/AI): Own the sign-up, activation, and PQL funnel end-to-end, with clear quarterly targets on new sign-ups, activation rate, self-serve conversion, and PQL volume into sales. Focus on building experimentation muscle for landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle programs, running cross-functional growth campaigns, and partnering with product, brand, design, sales, and DevRel to scale developer acquisition.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be eligible to work in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base + equity

What you will do

  • Own sign-up and conversion funnel from first visit to paid usage, improving homepage, landing pages, pricing, and sign-up flow.
  • Drive activation by partnering on in-console onboarding and building lifecycle programs via email, in-product messaging, and community to reduce time-to-first-pod.
  • Define and refine PQL model with sales and product, building programs and triggers to surface high-intent users.
  • Concept, run, and measure cross-functional growth campaigns with briefs, creative, on-site experiences, and post-mortems.
  • Run structured experimentation program across landing pages, sign-up, pricing, and onboarding with hypotheses, tests, and scaling wins.
  • Build PLG growth dashboard from Snowflake, product analytics, and CRM, surfacing weekly actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B growth marketing, with 2+ years senior IC owning sign-up, activation, or PQL metrics.
  • Hands-on PLG funnel experience: sign-up, activation, conversion, expansion, self-serve to sales handoff, with shipped improvements.
  • Direct experience defining PQL model including in-product signals, scoring, and handoff.
  • Track record running end-to-end cross-functional growth campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL or similar; build own dashboards.
  • Experience marketing to developers/ML engineers; fluency in PLG stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Customer.io, Amplitude/Mixpanel/PostHog, GA4, Looker).
  • Strong writing for briefs, editing, landing pages.
  • Successful background check; eligible to work in US (no visa sponsorship)

Nice to have

  • Experience at AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, dev tools, or developer-first SaaS.
  • Built/scaled growth function with KPIs.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, model deployment, inference economics.
  • Community-driven growth (Discord, Reddit, GitHub, Hacker News) and developer events.
  • Prior Series A-C startup experience.
