What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring execution of sprint goals and facilitation of ceremonies.
• Coach teams and Product Owners using metrics, flow analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Manage release planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and cutovers across teams.
• Ensure operational readiness including NFRs, monitoring, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, produce dashboards, and track dependencies and blockers.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and drive release cadence and escalations.

Requirements

• CSM or PSM certification required
• Strong SDLC and release management in enterprise environments
• Proven Scrum Master experience with hands-on SDLC and release management
• Advanced Jira proficiency for delivery management and reporting
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder skills
• Analytical problem-solving in high-pressure settings

Nice to have

• Experience with Controllers, Treasury, Finance, Risk, or Audit platforms
• Background in banking or financial services technology
• Experience with investment management platforms like SimCorp
