Location: New City, New York, United States (Hybrid). For New York City-based hires only. Visa sponsorship not available.

Compensation Range: $197,000-$236,000 base salary (New York City).

What you will do

• Lead strategic AI partnerships to accelerate the AI and agentic product roadmap.
• Partner with executives, product, engineering, legal, and finance on build/buy/partner decisions.
• Identify, structure, and negotiate partnerships across AI ecosystem players.
• Translate product and technical needs into scalable partnership frameworks.
• Provide insights on AI landscape to inform product and company strategy.
• Support corporate development including diligence, deal structuring, and partner onboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Partnerships or Business Development with significant AI/agentic experience.
• Deep understanding of AI stack (models, inference, orchestration, data, platform APIs).
• Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Track record of closing high-impact AI partnerships accelerating product roadmaps.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
