Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 base / $270,000 - $290,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own GTM strategies and pipelines for healthcare and corporate partnership verticals.
- Close anchor deals with payers, health systems, Fortune 500 companies, and institutional partners.
- Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks for partnership development and account growth.
- Lead entry into new sectors like hotels, stadiums, and hospitals.
- Influence the B2B product roadmap to support complex billing and institutional requirements.
- Build and lead the partnership and account management team after proving the model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership.
- Proven track record of closing complex, large-scale deals with Fortune 500 companies or major platforms.
- Experience building partnership channels from scratch.
- Cross-vertical exposure in healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors.
- Strong GTM instincts regarding pipeline, metrics, margins, and sales cycles.
- Must be based in the United States.
