What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure software primarily using Go.
• Implement product requirements and optimize existing code for better performance and reliability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and maintain technical standards through code reviews.
• Manage and optimize VM services across thousands of machines in worldwide data centers.
• Integrate new data centers and deliver scalable features to support massive-scale parallel computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong mastery of Go.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the USA and able to successfully complete a background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with C, Rust, Python, Javascript, or Typescript.
• Experience developing or deploying machine learning applications and using Python ML libraries.
• Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems and containerization (LXC, Docker, VMs, or hypervisors).
• Proficiency in debugging Linux applications and kernel/driver issues.
