Salary: $208,000 – $260,000

What you will do

• Architect and develop high-performance network management applications for cloud-native environments.
• Design distributed systems focusing on reliability, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Build services and APIs for platforms running on VMware, Nutanix, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deploy solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures.
• Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation to enhance product functionality.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers to establish architectural standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise software or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and/or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals and network management systems.
• Proven track record of delivering platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA for a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu onsite)

Nice to have

• Experience with AIOps, intelligent assistants, or AI-driven workflow automation.
• Experience with telemetry and large-scale platform operations.
