What you will do

• Analyze model training goals, user behavior, and bad cases to identify weaknesses and propose data-driven improvements.
• Support data construction strategies, including synthetic data, while tracking global market trends.
• Coordinate global data-labeling vendors by defining task specifications, monitoring throughput, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Help build LLM-based automation for data production and quality-control systems.
• Coordinate communication between the China-based research team and overseas vendors on data standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation, including tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with prompt engineering and a solid understanding of LLM and VLM architectures.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, translate model errors into data requirements, and design data-processing and evaluation workflows.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required; Mandarin proficiency is needed to review technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of data quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
