What you will do

• Analyze model training goals and "Bad Cases" to pinpoint weaknesses and suggest actionable data-driven improvements.
• Define data construction strategies, including synthetic data, while monitoring global market trends.
• Manage global data labeling vendors, defining task specifications and ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
• Design and build automated data production and quality check (QC) systems leveraging LLMs.
• Facilitate communication and alignment on data standards between CN-based research teams and overseas vendors.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience in prompt engineering to design complex prompts for LLMs to generate and evaluate synthetic data.
• Solid understanding of LLM/VLM architectures and active engagement with the latest AI research.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for collaboration with international teams and reviewing technical documents.
• Must be based in Singapore.
