What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Proactively source and engage candidates for salaried roles to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from the first touch through offer acceptance.
• Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social content.
• Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse ATS and report on recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume or operations-focused environments.
• Experience sourcing and managing candidates through ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in canhirify.global, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
