What you will do

• Drive end-to-end designs for the web app across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to define the future of music creation.
• Maintain an extremely high standard for quality, focusing on pixel-perfection, microinteractions, and motion design.
• Innovate and push the boundaries of UI/UX while ensuring the experience remains intuitive and engaging.
• Develop and maintain design system components and create high-fidelity animated prototypes.

Requirements

• Proven experience crafting delightful consumer-facing designs with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
• Must be located in New York City or Los Angeles.

• Skills in building and maintaining design system components and animated prototyping.
