Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Base salary: $140,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences.
• Translate complex finance and accounting workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Create and evolve a scalable, component-based design system in Figma.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship and iterate quickly.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
• Help define the design culture and mentor other designers as the team grows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end.
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems.
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual detail.
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions and take full ownership.
• Availability to work on-site in New York City.

• Experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools.
