TL;DR

Talent Partner (UK Operations): Support hiring across Go-To-Market organisation including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Relations and other customer-facing roles with an accent on delivery, pace, and quality. Focus on building reliable talent pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and using data to improve hiring effectiveness.

Location: London, UK (Full time onsite, Central London office)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the UK, handling high-volume and business-critical hiring.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and market channels.
  • Run structured hiring processes balancing speed, quality, and strong candidate experience.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and perform pre-hire checks.
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and funnel conversion to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the wider TA team to align on requirements, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM, frontline, or operational roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments (FinTech, SaaS, BPO preferred).
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions with strong sourcing skills and direct candidate engagement.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with ability to challenge hiring managers constructively.
  • Data-aware, process-oriented mindset with strong communication and candidate-centric skills.
