What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing and outreach to offers and closing.
• Design and implement structured, efficient, and fair interview processes.
• Develop and maintain a compelling employer brand narrative across the website and social channels.
• Ensure a high-quality, warm, and professional candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Handle onboarding coordination, contracts, and track recruiting data to inform decisions.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define talent standards for each role.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong judgment in assessing talent and calibrating with hiring managers.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in-person from the office in Stockholm.
