What you will do

  • Develop and execute region-specific talent acquisition strategies for CEE aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders for workforce planning.
  • Optimize sourcing, screening, and interview strategies for critical and volume roles.
  • Contribute to employer branding and DEI initiatives to attract diverse talent.
  • Support team development through internal training and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an international IT environment.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing for senior and specialized roles across multiple locations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear and confident communication.
  • Experience in workforce planning and DEI recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of ATS, recruitment tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken; professional knowledge of Czech or Hungarian is a strong advantage.
