What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and sales proposal response lifecycle, acting as the central liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate subject matter expert (SME) inputs from Legal, Security, HR, Product, and Client Success teams.
• Manage internal deadlines, compliance matrices, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, accurate submissions.
• Maintain and evolve the proposal content library and knowledge base to enable effective reuse of boilerplate content.
• Leverage proposal tools (SharePoint, Responsive/RFPIO) and AI tools (Copilot, Claude) to improve efficiency.
• Own final document assembly, including PDF conversion, portal uploads, and quality validation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination and/or project management.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience writing sales proposals and responding to complex RFPs (US$500K+ value).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, specifically styles and mid-to-high level formatting.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written communication, editing, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• APMP certification (Project or Proposal Management).
• Experience with Responsive (formerly RFPIO), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using AI tools like Copilot and Claude for productivity.
