What you will do

• Manage end-to-end RFP response processes for Enterprise accounts (3000+ FTEs), including administrative and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure technical coherence of the offer.
• Own the RFP calendar, run kick-off meetings, and track contributor deadlines to ensure zero missed submissions.
• Build and maintain a standardized knowledge library to increase win rates.
• Implement AI tools and processes to improve response quality and delivery efficiency.
• Provide competitive intelligence on competitor tender strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or bid management.
• Experience with complex Enterprise RFPs, ideally with CAC40 or SBF120 companies.
• Full working proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Advanced level of English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
• Proficiency with AI LLMs, Salesforce, Notion, and RFP management software (e.g., Loopio, Responsive).

Nice to have

• Experience responding to private or public sector RFPs for insurance, benefits, or B2B SaaS products.
• Background in marketing with strong design and visual communication skills.
