What you will do

• Analyze RFx requirements to develop clear, compliant, and compelling responses.
• Lead proposal planning, including timelines, content outlines, and win strategies.
• Manage end-to-end development incorporating AI-assisted research and content refinement.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional pursuit teams to align on execution.
• Drive bid/no-bid decisions and conduct competitive analysis to shape positioning.
• Maintain reusable content assets and monitor KPIs such as cycle time and win rates.

Requirements

• Business fluency in German is required.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with proposal automation and collaboration tools like Qvidian or SharePoint.
• Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools for RFx analysis and workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• APMP certification.
• Business fluency in French or Spanish.
