What you will do

• Define and deliver patient product features across web and mobile apps in close partnership with Design and Engineering teams.
• Identify key user challenges and solutions using product analytics, user research, and support signals to drive engagement.
• Develop product strategy and own the prioritization of roadmap initiatives.
• Create user experiences that empower patients to be their own health advocates.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align customer projects with product vision.
• Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping consumer products, ideally in health-tech.
• Deep proficiency in product analytics (Mixpanel or Amplitude) and SQL to independently run funnel and cohort breakdowns.
• Ability to translate company goals into detailed PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and project metrics.
• Experience driving the development process via sprint ceremonies, user story grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven ability to conduct independent user research, including interviews and usability tests.
• Experience shipping features on both iOS and Android, including App Store and Play Store release cycles.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B).
• Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards or structured health data (FHIR, claims, EHR).
