Salary: $135,000 – $160,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own adoption, conversion, and monetization strategies for core Supplements product experiences.
• Optimize the end-to-end funnel from provider to plan, patient, and final order.
• Identify and execute growth levers including attach rate, bundling, and average order value.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation programs to iterate on product experiences.
• Build and maintain a growth roadmap aligned with overall business and product priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to improve onboarding and activation flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product growth or growth marketing within a product-led environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing conversion funnels and driving measurable growth in adoption.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Must be based in Canada or the USA.
