What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for high-impact treatment areas, balancing growth, usability, and operational constraints.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from ideation through technical development, launch, and iteration.
• Translate complex healthcare and operational workflows into structured, incremental product deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions.
• Integrate feedback from marketing, operations, clinical, and technical stakeholders to shape product strategy.
• Drive adoption and engagement of treatment offerings through data-driven experimentation and optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Proven experience in growth-focused or consumer product environments with measurable business impact.
• Experience working in operationally complex environments, ideally involving healthcare or high-compliance systems.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into clear business implications for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
