Junior Product Manager (Storyous)

What you will do

• Conduct customer interviews, collect merchant feedback and perform market/competitor research to inform product roadmap.
• Define product requirements, write user stories, maintain backlog and prepare documentation like feature descriptions and release notes.
• Analyze data using dashboards and spreadsheets to track metrics, identify improvements and measure feature success.
• Collaborate with engineering in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews) to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, support, onboarding and operations teams for product changes and alignment.
• Prepare materials, demos and updates to communicate roadmap priorities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in product management or related role (business analysis, project management, operations, UX, customer success).
• Good analytical skills and basic experience with data tools (Excel/Sheets, dashboards; basic SQL is a plus).
• High attention to detail, ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer-first mindset focused on small/medium business needs.
• Very good communication skills in writing and in person.
• Comfortable with multiple stakeholders; experience with SaaS products or tech startups/scale-ups.
• Czech/Slovak and English for collaboration with local and global teams.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry (cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels).
