What you will do

• Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients in manufacturing, government, and facilities management.
• Import real customer data into trial accounts to create compelling, data-driven platform experiences.
• Act as the primary technical product expert for sales teams, resolving complex pre-sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design and implement customer-specific 3rd party integrations.
• Develop and maintain sales assets and collateral to accelerate deal execution.
• Gather customer feedback to inform the product management and marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, implementation, solutions building, or engineering.
• Deep understanding of Public Sector compliance, IT policies, and deployment models.
• Experience collaborating with System Integrators for deployment planning and scoping.
• Expertise in Enterprise/Public Sector Cybersecurity, including ATO conversations and compliance documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• BA degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Background in asset management.
• Experience with ERP, CMMS, or facility operations software.
• Familiarity with sales tech stacks such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
