What you will do
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients in manufacturing, government, and facilities management.
- Import real customer data into trial accounts to create compelling, data-driven platform experiences.
- Act as the primary technical product expert for sales teams, resolving complex pre-sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design and implement customer-specific 3rd party integrations.
- Develop and maintain sales assets and collateral to accelerate deal execution.
- Gather customer feedback to inform the product management and marketing roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, implementation, solutions building, or engineering.
- Deep understanding of Public Sector compliance, IT policies, and deployment models.
- Experience collaborating with System Integrators for deployment planning and scoping.
- Expertise in Enterprise/Public Sector Cybersecurity, including ATO conversations and compliance documentation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholder perspectives.
- BA degree or higher.
Nice to have
- Background in asset management.
- Experience with ERP, CMMS, or facility operations software.
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Startup or entrepreneurial organization experience.
