What you will do

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems, including CCTV, electronic access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance to prevent margin erosion.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and general contractors to manage construction sequencing and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee the commissioning, final checkout, and system programming of security installations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring overall project satisfaction.
• Facilitate project turnover and provide training sessions for clients and service teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Must reside in or be able to relocate to the Milwaukee, WI / Chicago, IL region.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence is required.
• Strong proficiency in waterfall scheduling and a solid understanding of PMP methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with Enterprise-level clients in a professional, client-facing capacity.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) designation.
• Experience managing large, complex technical projects within an at-scale program.
