Salary: $122,328 - $214,074 Annually

What you will do
- Lead Network Transformation initiatives from initial ideation and intake through the creation of decision-quality business cases.
- Evaluate network opportunities including logistics strategy, facility expansions, relocations, and capacity improvements.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to build ROI, proforma, and NPV-driven recommendations.
- Direct and manage high-complexity projects from inception to completion, managing financial and organizational risk.
- Develop executive-level presentations, decision memos, and progress reports for SteerCo.
- Recommend and standardize new project management processes and governance across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
- 5 years of proven management experience leading and developing teams.
- Must be a US applicant.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and professional project management techniques.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with project ideation and business case analysis.
- Professional background in distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
