What you will do

• Lead Network Transformation initiatives from initial ideation and intake through the creation of decision-quality business cases.
• Evaluate network opportunities including logistics strategy, facility expansions, relocations, and capacity improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to build ROI, proforma, and NPV-driven recommendations.
• Direct and manage high-complexity projects from inception to completion, managing financial and organizational risk.
• Develop executive-level presentations, decision memos, and progress reports for SteerCo.
• Recommend and standardize new project management processes and governance across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• 5 years of proven management experience leading and developing teams.
• Must be a US applicant.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and professional project management techniques.
