What you will do

• Lead the engineering effort for programs, ensuring alignment across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Drive major technical events including design reviews, peer reviews, and program milestones.
• Manage engineering scope, cost, schedule, and risk through routine Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews.
• Interface with senior program engineering management, DoD customers, and government stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks early and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Champion new ideas and emerging technologies to elevate system performance.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on technical or project leadership experience.
• Engineering lifecycle experience (requirements, design, build, test, and delivery).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekend/shift work, and CONUS travel.

Nice to have

• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.

• Defense or military experience in both Traditional and Agile environments.
