What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues to maintain and optimize system functionality.
• Implement and test system updates and modifications for basic workflows.
• Manage user security settings to uphold data integrity and access control.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and align technical solutions with objectives.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation.
• Deliver end-user support and develop training materials and curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR two years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Proficiency in systems administration.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including walking, standing, and lifting during shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical imaging or web application systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
