What you will do

• Own the new business pipeline across PR, GEO, AI visibility, digital, influencer, and crisis practices.
• Lead the outbound business development team and manage inbound conversion.
• Develop pricing strategies and packaging for AI service lines, targeting $25–75K/mo retainers.
• Implement cross-sell motions across the existing client book to ensure multi-practice adoption.
• Build partner channels with martech firms, AI platforms, and holding company referrals.
• Act as the primary closer for all deals valued at $500K or more.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling services with deal sizes of $1M+ in agency, consulting, or martech environments.
• Proven experience building and operating a business development organization.
• Deep fluency in how AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) is reshaping buyer research.
• Ability to sell directly to CMOs and General Counsel without reliance on presentation decks.
• Must be located in Florida.
