What you will do
- Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven growth strategy focused on profitability and CAC efficiency.
- Build and scale a globally integrated GTM engine across Sales and Customer Success.
- Lead a high-performance sales organization across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and monetization logic to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Drive international expansion, with a strong strategic focus on the US and UK markets.
- Leverage AI and automation to transform lead generation, sales enablement, and customer expansion.
Requirements
- Proven senior GTM leadership experience in B2B SaaS with responsibility for €20m–€100m revenue.
- Demonstrated success in scaling from founder-led sales to process-driven, predictable revenue organizations.
- Deep expertise in pipeline economics, forecasting, RevOps, and unit economics.
- Experience in enterprise sales and complex B2B buying environments.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and monetization focus.
- Track record of international scaling, ideally including the US market.
