What you will do

• Own and drive global revenue growth targets for the Entertainment vertical across media, streaming, gaming, and sports.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional Managing Directors.
• Build and sustain C-suite client relationships to generate pipeline and deepen partnerships.
• Champion the adoption of Agentic AI to reshape autonomous customer experiences in entertainment.
• Lead the Entertainment market operating model, aligning commercial, delivery, and capability teams.
• Serve as the recognized external voice of the company at major industry events such as CES and Cannes Lions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within or serving the Entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in commercial leadership roles.
• Must be based in North America and capable of collaborating across ET, PT, and GMT time zones.
• Practitioner-level comfort with AI and Agentic AI as applied to entertainment businesses.
• Experience leading within matrix organizations and influencing across regions and functions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to report directly to the CEO.

• Published thought leadership or a recognized industry presence including speaking history.
• Experience working with Google Cloud alliances.
