What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers and support operations across three shifts.
• Lead daily engineering activities and oversee automation projects in the assigned area.
• Plan and implement process changes and manage layout organization.
• Specify and coordinate the procurement of equipment, gauging, and tooling.
• Provide technical production support and coordinate new product implementation with launch teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering execution experience.
• 2+ years of factory-focused engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers.
• High level of analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work off-shift or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Engineering.
• Previous direct leadership experience in a technical or engineering environment.
