What you will do

• Establish optimized process parameters and troubleshoot processing problems for all facility processes.
• Lead the engineering support team for processing and manage new product launches.
• Coordinate with product design, sales, material suppliers, and tool shops to resolve processing issues.
• Oversee tooling repairs, revisions, and new mold designs to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Maintain critical documentation including process sheets, tool tracking, and APQP.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen, DOS, Lean, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in processing and manufacturing (preferred).
• Must be able to travel as required to customers and suppliers.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Willing and able to work excess hours when necessary.
