What you will do
- Lead the scoping, design, and validation of technical solutions for the largest and most strategic customers.
- Conduct architectural discovery sessions and business impact analysis workshops to determine value and requirements.
- Define scalable, secure architectures by leveraging APIs and third-party integrations to meet complex needs.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, briefings, and high-level design documentation for proposals and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with account teams to align use cases with platform capabilities and guide deal strategy.
- Act as a primary liaison between early adopter customers and the Product Beta Programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or enterprise IT consultant, preferably in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
- Proven track record of working directly with CIOs and executive buyers.
- Strong understanding of unstructured data architecture, hybrid access models, and compliance workflows.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, identity management (SSO/SAML), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Expertise in value-based selling and the ability to translate technical solutions into economic value.
- Must be based in the United States.
