Salary: $220K – $250K OTE + equity

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact and platform expert for technology and solution partners.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and the creation of technical certifications and best practice documentation.
• Collaborate with partners to define joint go-to-market strategies and translate requirements into achievable outcomes.
• Support partner-influenced deals through demos, proof-of-value engagements, and ROI workshops.
• Identify technical friction points and develop scalable training materials and sales assets.
• Gather structured feedback from partners to inform the product roadmap and ensure implementation quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Customer Success.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the Contact Center domain.
• Proven experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
