Salary: $65.00 - $92.98 per hour

What you will do

• Decompose requirements into traffic data flow modeling from satellite constellations to ground networks.
• Design architecture, internal/external interfaces, and system design behaviors for missile tracking.
• Implement pre-planned and ad-hoc scheduling and situational awareness for satellites and payloads.
• Analyze and fuse missile tracking data provided by satellites for rapid dissemination.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous system innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required at the time of hire.
• Ability to obtain TOP SECRET with Polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 2-8+ years of job-related experience (or Master's degree plus 1-6 years).
• Recent experience with missile tracking systems design, architecture, and sensor fusion techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and image processing (collection, handling, storing, and analysis).

Nice to have

• Recent modeling of communication data using satellite constellations and ground networks.
• Experience with Satellite to Ground RF communication protocols, packet prioritization, and routing.
• Algorithm development and tuning for specific mission parameters.
