Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and set up internal R&D testing, customer demonstrations, exercises, and deliveries.
• Support the installation, configuration, integration, and fielding of company hardware and software systems.
• Lead basic system troubleshooting and support engineering teams in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Act as the primary technical representative for front-line military, government, and commercial customers.
• Cross-functionally coordinate with logistics, engineering, and program teams to ensure successful deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Experience with tactical communications, networking, sensors, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Active U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to organize and navigate overseas engagements and operate in remote areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication software like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Military Science.
• Previous experience as an FSR, FAE, Systems Engineer, or Technical Operations Engineer.
• Knowledge of radar, RF, sensor, weapons systems, and defense communications.
• Military background or extensive experience working with military entities.
