What you will do

• Analyze software performance, test results, and system-level metrics to support release readiness.
• Develop and maintain Python-based tools, scripts, and dashboards for evaluating software quality.
• Investigate system-level issues and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies across the autonomy stack.
• Define and implement metrics to provide visibility into system performance and release health.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, and validation planning activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with complex software, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience working with data analysis, metrics, or system performance evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or safety-critical systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
• Experience with simulation environments and SIL/HIL testing.
• Knowledge of software quality metrics and release processes.
