What you will do

• Manage and monitor global server and storage infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of global systems to meet strict SLA goals.
• Provide Tier-3 IT support for various business units, including FedRAMP services.
• Drive automation of repetitive tasks by leveraging AI tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a global hi-tech company.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• 3+ years of experience with VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x) and datacenter maintenance lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, M365) and AWS (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx).
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting in PowerShell or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise backup systems, specifically Commvault or Metallic.
