What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot physical security hardware, network connectivity, and OS-level issues.
• Develop and execute Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new deployments.
• Produce and maintain standardized technical documentation and device inventories.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality delivery of security infrastructure.
• Monitor system logs to identify and resolve operational root causes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with physical security systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration and log analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (75%+).
• Experience with system testing, commissioning, or validation activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise VMS platforms and access control systems.
• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling standards.
