Senior BIM Specialist (Revit)

Location: Oakland, California, United States

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead BIM projects and coordinate large-scale structural models.
• Plan and produce project documentation using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Work with existing structures, evolving BIM workflows, and project-specific challenges.
• Improve workflow efficiency through Revit add-ins and third-party tools.
• Support projects across healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Autodesk Revit 2023–2026 and related BIM software experience in structural engineering or a related department.
• Working knowledge of Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam Revu, and Studio sessions.
• Experience with Revit add-ins and workflow tools such as Ideate Software, Dynamo, and pyRevit.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD in a structural engineering or architectural setting.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to evolving tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Construction experience.
