Salary: $78,000–$88,000 annually

What you will do

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for buildings using varied materials and building codes.
• Contribute to small- and mid-sized projects, including high-rise, cultural, stadium, and healthcare buildings.
• Create construction documents in a BIM environment.
• Apply core engineering principles to solve structural design challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, building owners, builders, and multidisciplinary project partners.
• Develop technical, communication, and leadership skills through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow through feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, or Revit.
