Location: Hybrid based in San Francisco, CA (Office attendance required Tue, Wed, Thu)
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Recruit, interview, and hire Outbound BDRs at scale while mentoring them through career progression.
- Drive a high-performance culture through call coaching, sequence review, and social selling strategies.
- Embed AI tools into daily workflows to automate low-value tasks and optimize outreach quality.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and PMM to align outreach messaging and operational processes.
- Manage and report on KPIs, lead pipelines, and conversion rates using Salesforce.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 1+ years of experience as an Outbound BDR Manager or relevant sales leadership experience.
- Experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and outbound tools like Outreach.
- Strong ability to design and implement outbound sales playbooks and cadences.
- Data-driven mindset for decision making and tracking progress.
Nice to have
- Experience with intent signal tools such as 6Sense and G2.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant discipline.
