What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning and scheduling through to execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical direction, review engineering designs, and support CAD tool usage.
• Oversee field activities including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and develop a diverse engineering team, managing performance and career growth.
• Align engineering efforts with business strategy and manage departmental budgets and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience across hands-on engineering, project management, and direct people management.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and experience in design, manufacturing, or process systems.
• Experience within the food, pharma, or similar industries with knowledge of safety regulations.
• Proven ability to drive structure and accountability across multiple projects under pressure.
