What you will do

• Drive channel engagement through audience segmentation, strategic content planning, and A/B testing.
• Lead campaign reporting and analysis to surface key insights for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain monthly cross-channel campaign calendars.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from audience segment creation to deployment.
• Partner with external vendors to create and optimize automated campaigns.
• Collaborate with Digital Consumer Engagement teams to deliver cross-platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in multivariate or multiregional campaign management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ExactTarget.
• Strong knowledge of email and mobile marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Workfront, Wrike, or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bellevue, Washington, USA.
