What you will do

• Manage requirements, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across the full UAS development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and software developers to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate on the development of CONOPS, vehicle designs, avionics, and mission planning software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.
• Ensure all projects meet high quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and milestone reports to senior management.

Requirements

• BS or MS in engineering, management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software project management.
• Technical understanding of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States via E-Verify.
