What you will do

• Oversee development programs and sustainment activities for fielded assets to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Lead sustainment efforts across departments to implement improvements in product availability and quality.
• Manage program scope for requirements, design, testing, and delivery, including engineering modifications.
• Manage all phases of program development proposals and new sustainment contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships across US and international sites for global sustainment initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to proposal and sustainment team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience with a record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Experience managing US Government (USG) programs and sustainment contracts.
• Strong knowledge of USG sustainment domains, including contracting, ITAR/EAR, and regulatory frameworks (ISO9001, AS9100, FAR/DFARS).
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical expertise in flight control, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, or electronic systems.
