Location: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY
Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 Annually

What you will do
- Oversee development programs and sustainment activities for fielded assets to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Lead sustainment efforts across departments to implement improvements in product availability and quality.
- Manage program scope for requirements, design, testing, and delivery, including engineering modifications.
- Manage all phases of program development proposals and new sustainment contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships across US and international sites for global sustainment initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to proposal and sustainment team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience with a record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Experience managing US Government (USG) programs and sustainment contracts.
- Strong knowledge of USG sustainment domains, including contracting, ITAR/EAR, and regulatory frameworks (ISO9001, AS9100, FAR/DFARS).
- Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Technical expertise in flight control, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, or electronic systems.
- Experience with business development and alignment with USG platform roadmaps.
