What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with EE, ME, FW, and GSM teams to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Own the execution of prototyping and builds, including PCBA allocation and design release.
• Support DRIs in schedule ownership and resolve technical or logistical blockers to meet company goals.
• Coordinate external lab testing for EMC, compliance, and destructive testing.
• Track progress relentlessly and participate in technical design reviews and product evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in driving electrical hardware programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of completing multiple concept-to-production design cycles.
• Proficiency with Jira and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles across EE, ME, FW, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for full-time in-office work.

Nice to have

• Robotics experience.
• Experience with Altium or electrical engineering design.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C.
• Knowledge of compliance processes including EMC, Functional Safety, and DFMEA.
