Salary: $35.10 - $43.75 per hour

What you will do

• Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and X.
• Manage campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setup.
• Implement and document results for creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
• Analyze performance data to identify insights for optimizations and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on best practices and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on paid social.
• Practical experience working within major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
• Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in New York City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing campaigns toward performance goals such as CPA and ROAS.
• Exposure to mobile attribution and measurement tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava.
• Experience leveraging SaaS tools (e.g., Smartly, Skai, Marin) to build campaigns at scale.
