What you will do

• Review and analyze incoming transactions and related information for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Process multi-line new business submissions, renewals, and endorsements, including rating and policy assembly.
• Manage underwriting and broker relationships by providing timely responses to service inquiries.
• Maintain detailed correspondence activity and daily diaries for pending transactions.
• Ensure compliance with ODEN state rules and regulations regarding cancellations and reinstatements.
• Gather and analyze underwriting data, including experience reports, audits, and financial reports.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Analytical abilities and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Miami, FL office.
