Business Development Representative (Fintech)

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Driving pipeline generation across outbound channels for a digital asset tax and accounting platform with an accent on targeted prospecting and stakeholder engagement. Focus on qualifying inbound leads, conducting account research, and partnering with Account Executives to convert interest into enterprise sales opportunities.

Location: Hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH). Teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, and Salt Lake City.

What you will do

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels across global segments.
• Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify business models and tax reporting triggers.
• Identify and initiate multi-threaded outreach to key stakeholders in tax, finance, and product teams.
• Qualify inbound leads and coordinate seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
• Manage activity and pipeline data accurately within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or business development.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated SaaS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving global market.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to comply with a hybrid office schedule in the US.
